Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your order, but we are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original packaging and original condition. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact Wright-Way Rescue’s retail team at shop@wright-wayrescue.org. We can then issue you a credit, less shipping and handling, once your return is received. Please note that free shipping will not apply to exchanged items. Customers are responsible for shipping or returning costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To process your return, Wright-Way Rescue requires proof of purchase included with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved after inspection, a credit will be issued to you on your original method of payment.

If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at shop@wright-wayrescue.org so we can correct your order. You are responsible for shipping costs unless Wright-Way Rescue shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
